The Orillia Team

Certified Dental Assistant (Level II)

We’ve had the pleasure of having Irene as part of our team since 2010 assisting in all aspects of patient treatment. Being a dental assistant involves a host of important tasks, all while keeping our patients comfortable and our three doctors happy. Irene, who has worked in the dental field since 1984, is a master at this, and loves what she does. Irene is married and has two lovely daughters.

Office Administrator

Patients will usually see Chelsea’s happy face as soon as walking through our doors. As the front office administrator, Chelsea can usually be found greeting and welcoming patients, scheduling and confirming appointments, and working with other team members as needed to ensure our patients leave with a smile on their faces. When she’s not in the office, Chelsea loves cooking, shopping, and spending time with her son, Ethan. Whenever they find time, they play soccer and go on bike rides together.

Office Administrator

After spending 22 years in the Military and retiring, Sherry decided to do a career change and work in the dental field as a receptionist. She moved to Alaska after 6 years. In 2009 my Sherry’s husband retired from the military and we decided to make Barrie their place of residence for retirement. She realized that she missed work and came out of retirement to work in the dental field again. Sherry loves spending time with her husband, two grown children, and a beautiful granddaughter. In her spare time, She loves travelling, camping, reading, cooking/baking, and crafts of all types.

Certified Dental Assistant (Level II)

As the front desk administrator, Sandra is the happy voice you hear over the phone. She also assists patients with scheduling appointments, processes insurance claims, organizes meetings and the office schedule, and handles office receivables and payables. Sandra enjoys working with all our patients and helping them anyway she can. At home, Sandra and her husband, Doug, are kept busy by their two young daughters, Breanna and Megan. She has two grown stepsons, David and Matt, who serve as wonderful big brothers to her girls. During the winter months you can find Sandra at the dance studio, skating rink, or tobogganing hill, and in the summer months the soccer field, walking trails, or on the water. She also enjoys traveling, camping, baking, spending time with family, and the occasional Sudoku puzzle!
